Additional Information

Light brown sugar contains less molasses than dark brown sugar. Natural brown sugar is produced from the first crystallization process of the cane sugar and therefore is free of added chemicals and dyes. Natural brown sugar goes by several names including turbinado sugar, muscovado, and demerara sugar.
