Tasteless additive which is used in a variety of foods. There are three different types of Calcium Phosphate: Dibasic, Monobasic and Tribasic.
Monobasic is used as a gelling ingredient, dibasic is used to improve bread products and as a mineral supplement, and tribasic is an anti-caking additive.
